My Sonoma County real estate background and knowledge of the area is extensive. I am a fourth generation Sonoma County resident. Prior to my 17 years of successful real estate sales, I was a journeyman carpenter for 10 years.
I will recommend experienced lenders to help you with the home loan process. Choosing the best lender with the best loan program to fit your needs, is key to successfully purchasing your home. It is vital to hire a lender that will perform and properly fund your loan within the time specified within the purchase contract. Many lenders cannot perform on their promise to fund the loan within the specified timeframe.
I want you to understand the quality of the home you are buying. I want you to be happy with the home you will be living in. After your offer is accepted, I will recommend a variety of qualified inspectors.
I will keep you informed throughout the entire process, keeping all contingencies and timelines within the agreed upon timeframes.
